What is your returns/cancellation policy?

If you find yourself with unwanted goods, which have been correctly supplied, we will do our best to accommodate you wherever possible. If these are goods which we carry in stock and they are returned in a re-saleable condition, unopened in their original packaging, we will accept return without charge.

For non-stock items, which have been specially ordered, again subject to their condition, we will accept return as long as it is possible for us to return them to our supplier.

Please be aware that suppliers will charge restocking which can be anything from 25% 0 50% and this charge will be passed on to you. Also many suppliers have a cut-off period after which time goods cannot be returned.

If goods have been specially made to order, we cannot accept return.

If you cancel your order the same rules of return apply, however for specially made to order items that are already in production, cancellation will not be possible.

Any charges incurred from suppliers will be deducted from any deposit held against your order. To avoid unnecessary charges we advise that you check your order with your salesman and all measurements and technical requirements are checked by your builder/plumber before you process your order.

What about goods that are found to be damaged or faulty?

Everything possible is done to ensure that your order reaches you in a satisfactory condition, if however goods are found to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so that this can be resolved to all our satisfactions.

We recommend that on delivery you visually inspect all your goods to ensure that there are no obvious signs of damage, as if we are later informed of any such obvious damage, we may not accept responsibility.

Wherever possible, open all boxes, particularly those containing glass products.

In all cases please contact us as soon as possible, preferably before installation, so that all issues can be resolved satisfactorily.
